All of our cakes are made in a kitchen/bakery that handles allergens, including nuts, dairy wheat, gelatine and eggs, therefore we cannot guarantee that our cakes do not contain traces. 

Please inform us at the time of ordering you Celebration/Wedding cakes if you have any concerns.

Here at Leanne's Cake House we offer a wide range of flavours and fillings.

Including Vanilla, Chocolate Orange, Mint Chocolate, Lemon, Strawberry, Elderflower, Raspberry, Caramel, Red Velvet, Carrot and many more.

*Certain flavours / ingredients are only available for Wedding Cakes.

All of the cakes in our bakery are made fresh using only the finest of ingredients.

What should I do if there is a problem with the cake?

We are more than happy to make changes to your order providing we have the time, and availability to allow us to do so.

Wedding cakes can be changed up until the month prior to your wedding.

Celebration cakes can be changed up until two weeks prior to collection.

You wil receive and image of your cake the day prior to collection/Delivery. (Delivery only available for Wedding Cakes)

This allows you to visually check your cake, and make sure that you are happy with your design.

Any problems at this stage will be discussed, and if necessary will allow us time to make any changes if needed.

If there is a problem with your cake after collection it must be returned  to Leanne's Cake House in Rugeley on the day of delivery/collection and the problem will be dealt with. 

After this day we are not responsible for the cake. 

If you damage the cake after leaving our premises / bakery we are not responsible for this.

Cakes deteriorate over time. All cakes are baked fresh to order and for your cake to be at it's best it should be eaten within three days of delivery/collection.

Cakes should be kept at room temperature in a cool dry place. 

DO NOT REFRIDGERATE

All cakes come boxed and packaged ready for transport. Any special instructions will be discussed prior to collection.

Wedding cakes include the option for delivery but in the event delivery is unavailable Leanne will provide a step by step guide on how to transport your cake,

Cakes need to be kept in an upright position on a flat surface. 

Do not transport your cake on the seat of a car.
